Lemon Bean is all about bringing the coffee experience to you, and our wheels are ready to roll! If your event falls within a 15-mile radius of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, consider it covered.

Venturing a bit farther? No worries! For locations up to 30 miles away, we charge $0.60 per mile plus a flat $30 fee. Now, if your event is beyond that 60-mile mark don't hesitate to reach out. Let's chat about the possibilities and tailor a solution that suits your unique needs.

Our baristas are so proud to be able to serve Cape Girardeau, Southeast Missouri, and beyond! Lemon Bean Coffee is your go-to for mobile espresso services and barista catering.

To make the magic happen, we kindly request access to two outlets within 25 feet of our cart's designated spot.

It's worth noting that if we position the cart far from an outlet it might create a tripping hazard.

If the event is outdoors and the weather is 45 degrees or lower we will have to come up alternative set up. The machines and equipment can't function at those temperatures.

Depending on the size of your guest list, you'll enjoy a curated selection of 3-5 delightful flavors. Drinks are default made with whole milk.

For a non-dairy option, we're thrilled to offer oat milk at just $1.50 per guest. Let's say you want to treat half of your 50 guests – we'd simply add $37.50 to your package.

If you want a sugar-free twist, you've got options. You can either choose it as one of your included flavors or snag it at $20 per extra flavor.

We can also offer decaf expresso beverages - The only small caveat is that we can exclusively offer either all decaf or all regular coffee for your event. Our decaf is produced using the Swiss Water Method, ensuring a wonderfully rich taste without the use of chemicals typically found in the decaffeination process.

Whether it's a teacher appreciation day, a church gathering, a wedding celebration, a birthday bash, a family get-together, a corporate event, or a holiday party – you name it, and our coffee bar service will bring the perfect blend of coffee goodness to elevate the moment.

At the moment, our coffee cart is only for hire at invite-only occasions. That means you won't find our baristas at public events like baseball games, where anyone can stroll up for a cup.

We can confidently serve 30-40/hour. We can also do some prepare drinks if time is limited for your event.

We're delighted to tailor our menu to fit your event. You could consider options like hot chocolate or a soothing chai latte. We can also create "steamers" upon request- you pick a flavor, and we blend it with your choice of hot or iced milk. We don't currently feature hot or iced tea beverages.

If you let us know what you have in mind, we can work together to concoct a menu that ensures every guest leaves with a cup of happiness in hand.

The Lemon Bean Coffee cart is 4 feet across, with a depth of 2 feet and a height of 3 feet.

We also ask for a couple of feet behind the cart for supplies and room for our baristas to craft the beverages.

However, if your event is say in a home or under 10 guests, the cart might not be a necessity. We could easily set up at an existing bar, or counter top We believe in finding the perfect balance, so if you have any concerns or specific space constraints, reach out to us.
